JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are a UAE based recruitment company, currently seeking for a QSHE Manager for one of our clients in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.

The company is CDI Products (https://www.cdiproducts.com/company) which a high-performance polymer manufacturer. With over 40 years of experience, CDI is an industry leader in the design, manufacturing, and processing of high-quality, high-performance polymer products and components for the Oil & Gas, LNG, Fluid Handling, Aerospace, Power Generation, Refining & Petrochemical, Industrial Processing industries, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manages, plans, coordinates, and directs our quality assurance and quality control organization designed to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards.
- Management of certification, customer, and internal audits of the Quality System and product and service processes.
- Management of suppliers with regards to supplier evaluation, development, selection, and supplier audits of the Quality System and product and service processes.
- Identify and quantify continuous improvements opportunities proactively together with site operations teams, and use best tools/methods from the CI toolbox to develop solutions.

Salary:
SAR 25,000 to 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- 10 - 15 years’ experience in Quality, Process Improvement, Manufacturing or equivalent.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma or other process improvement techniques. Experience with ISO and/or API
- Must be able to analyse and use data to continuously improve processes
- Experience in oil and gas industry is an advantage.
- Must possess good problem resolution, communication and leadership skills.
- Familiar with ERP or MES systems is an advantage
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 / API Q1 and its implementation is a must.
