JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
1. The candidate must have hardcore experience in quality line of SMT or any other assembly line of electronic goods.
2. Effectively plan.
3. Hourly and daily monitoring of quality
4. Adherence to 100% quality standards
5. Follow standard operating procedures
6. Update ERP - Odoo system as per the requirements
7. Review MIS reports and take necessary decision
8. Find the root cause analysis of the failures and work towards mistake proofing.
9. First pass yeild must be 100%
10. Comply with all the laws, policies, systems (ISO, 5S, TPM, QMS etc.,) prevalent.
11. Establish and work towards a Kaizen oriented work culture.
12. Must be ready to accept change and willingness to work in any department as per the requirements of the management. 10. Must be willing to uphold the values of the company and it is non-negotiable.
13. Must be a safety evangelist.
14. Ensure that all manufacturing area personnel are thoroughly trained and certified in their specific functions.
15. Ensure equipment and tools are in good working condition and available for use when required.
