JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Leading Western contractor is looking to hire a Quantity Surveyor, with Filipino nationality, to join their team in Jeddah, KSA.
Salary: SAR 12.000
Reporting to the Head of Commercial you shall be responsible for (inclusive but not limited to):
- Monthly Statement
- Project Report
- Cost Report
- Project Budget
- Cash Flow forecast
- Commercial Meeting with Clients representative.
- Contract Variation
- New item rates
- Sub-Contractors Payment.
- Commercial management of construction project including valuations and claims
- Conflict avoidance, management and dispute resolution.
- Contract practice.
- Measurement and costing of construction works.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
For this role we are considering Philippines Nationals only.
The successful candidate shall have:
- A minimum of 4 years post graduate experience.
- BSc of HNC qualification or above.
- Preferably at least 3 years GCC or International experience in a similar capacity.
- Proven man management skills and experience.
