JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Perform Daily Health Check of eNodeB and resolution of faults.
- Handling Configuration Support & fault analysis
- Taking eNodeB Backup
- First point of contact for resolution of any RF/KPI related issues
- eNodeB Troubleshooting & Commissioning.
- Master Knowledge on IP Networks.
- Have Ability to work under pressure
- Have good knowledge in NMS System
- Multi RAN-Technologies Expirence is prefered
- Ablitiy to handle customer rquests/Reports within agreed SLA
- Managing technical escalation to ensure faults is rectified within agreed SLAs
REQUIREMENTS
- Hands-on exp in Alcatel Lucent Equipment
- An Engineering graduate with 2 - 7 years of experience in the Telecom sector
- Have Ability to work under pressure
- Have good knowledge in NMS System
- Multi RAN-Technologies Expirence is preferred
- Ablitiy to handle customer rquests/Reports within agreed SLA
- Managing technical escalation to ensure faults is rectified within agreed SLAs
- Excellent communication skills
