The role is focused on operational revenue cycle management, acting as a business partner rather than a strategic leader. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient insurance-related operations, optimizing the patient financial journey, and managing claims processing, approvals, and pre-authorization workflows.

Hospital for a leading healthcare group.
Description
* Manage the organization's billing and revenue cycle to maximize cash flow.
* Act as an RCM Business Partner, implementing corporate directives at the facility level.
* Oversee the end-to-end insurance-related revenue cycle processes, including:
* Contract setup and compliance
* Claim submission and reconciliation
* Pre-authorization and approvals management
* Collaborate with clinical teams to streamline billing, coding, and reimbursement workflows.
* Ensure smooth coordination between the hospital and insurance providers to maximize revenue collection.
* Improve internal and external customer relations by enhancing RCM processes.
* Monitor key performance metrics to drive process improvements and optimize reimbursement.
* Develop and update departmental financial policies and procedures to align with hospital objectives.
* Ensure all activities comply with hospital policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
* Identify departmental performance indicators, oversee data collection, validation, and analysis, and share Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with staff.
* Facilitate internal and external communication and coordination between departments.
* Perform other tasks as required by senior leadership.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in Operations Revenue Cycle Management, ideally within hospitals or the insurance sector.* Strong operational expertise in insurance approvals, claims processing, and pre-authorization management. * Ability to translate corporate RCM strategies into actionable operational processes.
* Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, insurance policies, and reimbursement methodologies.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of liaising between corporate leadership, hospital teams, and external payers.
* Previous experience in a hospital setting is preferred but not mandatory.
* Arabic is mandatory.
