JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a talented and passionate React Native Mobile App Developer to join our dynamic team in the banking industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications that provide our customers with seamless banking experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend developers to create innovative solutions that meet business needs and improve user engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the digital transformation of our banking services in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop mobile applications using React Native that align with our banking services and customer needs.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to gather requirements and translate them into functional applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices in software development.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in mobile development, and apply them to enhance our applications.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability of our mobile solutions.
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation and user guides to assist in onboarding and training.
- Work within Agile methodologies, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business objectives and propose innovative solutions that drive user engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 Year experience as a React Native Developer, with a strong portfolio of mobile applications.
- Solid understanding of JavaScript, React, and mobile development frameworks.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries integration.
- Familiarity with mobile application development tools and best practices, including testing frameworks and version control (Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Knowledge of banking industry regulations and standards is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- A passion for technology and a desire to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Salary:
SAR 15,000 to 16,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
