JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greeting visitors and accepting deliveries
- Handling incoming calls and operating a switchboard
- Maintaining office directories
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
- Control and issue visitor badges, and also control issued number of badges
- Implement Company Policy about office transport use, safety and safety inductions to visitors
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Update calendars and schedule bookings of company public spaces
- Organize/coordinate catering for public activities, as required
- Support continuity among work teams by any documenting and communicating actions
- Supports business group with any company wide announcements to be notified by reception
- Develop an effective filing system for related key documents
- Collating and distributing monthly reports
- Performs basic administrative duties
- Monitor reception tidiness and order
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS PERSON SPECIFICATIONQualifications :
- Minimum secondary school certificate
- Any additional certification in Office Management is a plus

- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
