JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- A Saudi National is required for this role with strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
- The reception area is a busy function where you will be meeting and greeting visitors, organising meeting rooms and facilities, liaising with suppliers and couriers, and providing overall administrative support to the office in Riyadh.
- Ensuring a warm greeting and high standards of presentation both personally and in the office, you will be a confident multitasker with the ability to communicate across all levels of seniority.
- It is expected that you will also possess strong MS office skills as you take on additional administration tasks including excel reports, PowerPoint presentations and document control for the team.
- Being the first point of contact for any maintenance and supply issues, the Receptionist will manage all 3rd party facilities companies, stationery and pantry suppliers to ensure business continuity.
- Organisation of the daily post and distribution of all internal communications will also be the part of the Receptionist’s tasks.
Requirements:
- In order to apply for this position, you are required to have at least 1 year of experience within a receptionist or customer facing role.- You will possess a strong service focus to represent our global client in the best way possible and be proactive and motivated in your work.
- It is also expected that you will have good levels of competency with all MS office applications and excellent communication in English, alongside your native Arabic language.
- Please note there is a requirement for Saudi Nationals only for this particular vacancy with our global client.
