JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Main responsibilities: Provide Recruitment Services in General.

Will be discussed in the interview.

Reporting to: Recruitment Consultant

Duration: 2 Year Contract - Renewal

Desired start date: ASAP

Probation: 3 Months

Working hours: Sun - Thu 8am - 6pm

Travel requirements: No

Gross monthly base salary: SR 2,500 - SR 3,500

Commission / Bonus: Bonus every 3 months

Other Benefits: Accommodation will be provided, medical Insurance

REQUIREMENTS

Experience not less than 5 years.

- Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.

- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.

Education: Bachelor's degree in HR or Admin.
