JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Recruitment Coordinator – Construction & Hospitality (Makkah, KSA)
We are currently looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to be responsible for the recruitment activities for our Construction & Hospitality businesses and also manage the visa processing for incoming candidates from India.
About the role
• To represent the Group
• Researching recruitment trends with relation to the hospitality and construction sector
• Communicate with Directors to understand recruitment needs
• Develop and implement strategies based on recruitment needs for the Group
• Create job descriptions
• Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
• Create a candidate persona for each open position
• Conduct confidential interviews
• Follow-up references
• Present shortlisted candidates, making recommendations to Directors
• Present detailed candidate profile summaries
• Process visa’s of incoming candidates from India
• Research and develop recruiting leads
• Develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy
REQUIREMENTS
The Responsibilities
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting or similar HR role
• Experience in hospitality and construction recruitment
• Headhunting experience
• Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Excellent knowledge and experience of working with leading job boards in India
• Good knowledge of candidate’s selection methods
• Good understanding of Employer Branding strategies
• 3 years of experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
