Recruitment Manager - FM/Facilities Management

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

SAS Global Consultants have been retained by a leading Facilities Management firm to support with this exciting Recruitment Managers role to work in Riyadh. Our client are a leading group of companies who have over 20,000 employees in Saudi Arabia and are looking to enhance and develop their business again this year with a number of critical business hires.

Our client operates within Facilities Services across the country, working with VIP clients and on the biggest projects and programs across the country.

Requirements:
Required Experience
- Must have experience as a Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Manager leading a team of TA Specialists.
- Must have experience with sourcing relevant and suitable manpower agencies who can provide blue collar staff and ensure the quality of those staff are the best in the market.
- Must be proactive to set up recruitment plans, processes and systems to ensure successful hires across facilities services.
- Experience within FM or high volume blue collar recruitment is required.
