Recruitment Specialist – Saudi Arabia

CLIENT

Linum Consult’s client is an established engineering services and consulting company currently seeking an Arabic- and English-speaking Recruitment Specialist to their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be involved in setting up Saudization policies
• Delivering high-volume recruitment
• Improving the end-to-end recruitment process
• Screening CVs and conducting interviews
• Performing reference and background checks
• Ensuring relevant QA standards are met and sustained

Requirements:

PROFILE

• University degree in an HR-related subject
• Around 2-3 years’ experience in a recruitment environment, working towards manager level
• Previous experience in Saudi graduate programmes would be advantageous
• Experienced in setting up Saudization policies
• Fluent in both Arabic and English

Salary:
SAR 12,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
