JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Regional Manager – Distribution & Projects - HVAC - Saudi Arabia
We are recruiting for a Regional Manager for a very reputable HVAC company. This is a new role is due to the company expanding its presence in the Middle East. Initially, the role will be an individual contributor post (no reports) so the person will be required to work on their own and develop the business throughout Saudi Arabia.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone that already has a strong HVAC network in Saudi Arabia and would like to be part of a reputable fast growing company.
Responsibilities:
• Market segmentation: Deep dive into various product segments & verticals to identify the target segments and assist appropriate market strategy/action.
• Channel Development: Establish Channel partners for Light Commercial & VRF projects and dealers for Residential/Light Products distribution.
• Establish and execute Sales & Marketing Plan.
• Plan and execute consultant coverage program.
• Roll out superior customer service program.
• Periodic reporting/forecast to Head Office
REQUIREMENTS
Qualification:
Post graduate degree / diploma, preferable in Engineering/Business
Experience:
15-20 years’ experience. In which 10 yrs in HVAC out of which 5 yrs in Saudi Arabia.
Skills & Competencies:
• Business development
• Network/Channel Management
• Account management & negotiation skills.
• Strategic planning and Team Player.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
