Regional Medical Visit Manager - Eastern Region

As a Regional Medical Visit Manager, you will be responsible of implementing the team strategy at a regional level and manage a team of medical representatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maximize revenue and market share in the region by driving sales activity and providing leadership to the field force team.
• Analyze the sales performance of relevant brands in the territory and identify key levers for action.
• Keep management team informed of any market changes or competitor activity relevant to strategy implementation and development.
• Manage approved budget to ensure appropriate allocation of resources to meet the plan.

Develop local medical partnerships:
• Identify local KOLs and monitor professional relations with them.
• Participate in local congresses and symposiums.
• Build a high performing team by recruiting candidates and effectively on-boarding new hires.
• Coach and motivate team members to achieve territory goals and optimize individual and team engagement.
• Conduct performance reviews and capability assessment for the field force team.
• Conduct district sales meetings to guide team.
• Support team members on external key customer visits on regular basis.
• Identify and implement best practices & encourage innovation.


Key Requirements:
• Pharmacists Degree
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in medical sales role within KSA.
• Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience.
• Dermatology experience is preferred.
• Proven track record of inspiring and leading teams to meet expectations and goals
