JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Seeking a skilled and results-driven Regional Operations Manager to oversee the operational performance of its facilities located in the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality healthcare services while achieving business goals and maintaining operational efficiency.

Description
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple clinics across the Eastern Region, ensuring consistency in service delivery and compliance with company standards.
- Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Analyze financial and operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
- Collaborate with clinic managers to address challenges, optimize staffing, and enhance operational workflows.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, quality standards, and health and safety protocols.
- Drive operational excellence by promoting a patient-centric approach and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and procurement processes to support clinic operations.
- Lead and mentor the regional team, including clinic managers and support staff, to achieve performance targets.
- Work closely with senior management to align regional operations with overall company objectives and transformational goals.
Job Offer
- SAR 25,000 - 30,000 per month + benefits
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the healthcare or service industry.- Experience managing operations during organizational transformation or large-scale change projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop others.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment.
- Knowledge of local healthcare regulations and operational requirements in Saudi Arabia is a plus.
