JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are currently looking for a Regional QHSE Director for our client, a leading FM service provider based in Jeddah, KSA. The role will report directly to the CEO and will deliver industry-recognized training and qualifications to enhance the capabilities of staff and bolster their professional development. The role will also lead a dedicated regional team of Health Safety Officers, Auditors, and Trainers to uphold compliance with the company's policies, values, and operating procedures.
Requirements:
• Facilities Management background/experience• Minimum 10 years of experience in senior leadership roles.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Middle East roles.
• IOSH or NEBOSH Certificate
• Diploma or BSc in H&S or Environmental Management or equivalent
• Proven ability to lead large teams.
• Track record of delivering H&S KPIs consistently.
