JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Full Sales & Business Development responsibilities industrial and commercial Fire solutions offering as well as aspiration, Flame and Gas detectors & PA/VA Systems & services, within the designated territories.

Responsibilities:
- Building Pipeline: Identifying pipeline projects in Industrial Green field/Brown field & Large Non Industrial (prior to FEED) stage projects with key-accounts along with detailed scope of all stake-holders. This includes assigning budgets and preparing sales team by notifying them with the details of the opportunities, and support different activities related to opportunity.
- Early Engagement: Creating a strategy establishing a competitive position for Honeywell Life Safety products - fire and public address for projects with key-accounts utilizing support of the marketing and sales teams. This to ultimately enable specifying HLS products for these projects. Following up on projects specified starting from Concept/FEED stage through to bid stage and ensuring the final result of HLS products being awarded the job.
- Promote the company's product range (FAS, Flame & Gas, Aspiration and PAVA) and their applications to key specifiers and decision influencers on a consistent basis with the prime objective of getting specified.
- Provide professional support and guidance to the customer base and seek to actively promote the companies products and services at all opportunities.
- Meet and exceed annual sales goals
- Agree annual sales plans with each of the channel and hold regular review meetings throughout each fiscal year to discuss performance year to date; this will include sales, prospect lists and key goals and objectives.
- Actively participate in trade shows, seminars and any other relevant trade event either with the local distributor or on behalf of the company.
- Provide timely feedback in areas of time management, call reports, market requirements, customer issues, competitor activity, new business opportunities and any other maters deemed to be important in order to maintain the customer relationship and grow the business.
- Value engineering and design support for large projects to provide value for money approach to end-users and consultants when required.
- Supports customer service in the supply-chain process to make sure product is delivered on time to customer maintaining customer satisfaction

REQUIREMENTS

- Engineering University degree in Electronics/ communications/ computer/electrical
- Min 5 - 10 years Sales experience in ELV systems/ products preferably in fire alarm system or a related industry with experience in FAS, Flame & gas detection
- Dhahran based and knowledge of the KSA market
- Excellent verbal and written communication and influencing skills on all levels of an organization
- High level of customer orientation coupled with a solution-oriented approach
- Goal-oriented and able to deliver on commitments
- Ability to work and organise workload independently
- Time management, organisational skills
- Cross selling mindset
- Fluent in written and spoken Arabic desirable
- Good level of English written and oral
