Requirements
Key Responsibilities:

Relationship activation:
- Build and strengthen strong relationships with current and potential clients in both public and private sectors.
- Maintain continuous communication to ensure client satisfaction and ongoing collaboration.

Business development & sales:
- Convert relationships and networks into real business opportunities and closed deals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling commercial proposals and negotiate terms to achieve revenue targets.
- Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions aligned with company offerings.

Market & client strategy:
- Monitor and analyze the market and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and future forecasts.

Internal coordination:
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Contribute to developing tools and processes that enhance sales effectiveness.
Qualifications & experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in sales or client relationship management in the public or private sector.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain networks.
- Proven negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
- Basic knowledge of project management and market analysis.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
