Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Relationship activation:
    • Build and strengthen strong relationships with current and potential clients in both public and private sectors.
    • Maintain continuous communication to ensure client satisfaction and ongoing collaboration.
  2. Business development & sales:
    • Convert relationships and networks into real business opportunities and closed deals.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling commercial proposals and negotiate terms to achieve revenue targets.
    • Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions aligned with company offerings.
  3. Market & client strategy:
    • Monitor and analyze the market and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
    • Provide regular reports on sales performance and future forecasts.
  4. Internal coordination:
    • Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
    • Contribute to developing tools and processes that enhance sales effectiveness.

Qualifications & experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales or client relationship management in the public or private sector.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain networks.
  • Proven negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of project management and market analysis.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
