We are seeking a Saudi National Manager to lead management reporting and consolidation for multiple entities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial consolidation, management reporting, and a Big Four background. Key responsibilities include overseeing financial statement consolidation.The Senior Manager will provide insights to senior management and drive process improvements, reporting directly to the Executive Director.

Description
- The Manager will be responsible for consolidating management reports for all entities, with a focus on management reporting rather than statutory reporting.
- The candidate must have extensive experience in management reporting, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial data before consolidation.
- This role requires the ability to review and analyse the numbers in the management reports thoroughly, as well as a strong understanding of how budgets work to support the consolidation process effectively.

Requirements:
- A successful candidate for a Manager, Consolidation and Reporting role typically possesses a strong background in finance or accounting, with expertise in financial consolidation processes, reporting standards (such as IFRS or GAAP), and financial statement preparation.- They should have experience in leading or managing consolidation teams, a deep understanding of financial systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, or similar), and the ability to streamline reporting processes for accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex financial information to senior leadership are essential.
- Additionally, experience with multi-entity, multinational organisations, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment is highly valued.
- A successful candidate will also have leadership qualities, including mentoring teams, fostering collaboration, and driving process improvements.
