JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Aquila Consulting are working in partnership with a Tier 1 Engineering Consultancy on the iconic AlUla project. They have an exciting opening for a Reporting Manager with strong experience in Construction and Engineering on this major Program.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:
• Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to generate meaningful insights and recommendations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement reporting standards, templates and guidelines to ensure consistent and accurate reporting for the program.
• Design and create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using reporting tools and software.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of data used in reporting, performing regular data validation and quality checks.
• Develop and maintain a reporting schedule, ensuring timely delivery of reports to the stakeholders.
• Monitor Strategic and Program level key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with IT teams to optimize reporting processes and automate data collection, analysis, and report generation.
• Train and educate users on report usage and interpretation, providing support to enhance reporting capabilities across the organization.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in reporting and analytics technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and provide recommendations for report enhancements and improvements.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in reporting, business intelligence, data analytics, or a similar role.• Strong knowledge of reporting tools and software, such as Tableau, Power BI, or other similar platforms.
• Proficiency in data analysis and data visualization techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience with data manipulation, data mining, and database querying languages (e.g., SQL).
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate and high-quality reports
