Job Description
- Will be responsible for driving revenue growth and enhancing the profitability of our restaurant facilities. You
- Will develop and implement sales strategies, build relationships with clients, and collaborate closely with the food and beverage team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Your role will involve both proactive sales efforts and maintaining relationships with existing clients to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and local businesses to secure group dining, catering, and event bookings.
- Collaborate with the food and beverage team to develop appealing menus and pricing structures that align with market trends and customer preferences.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in restaurant or hotel sales and event management.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Familiarity with industry trends and market dynamics.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
