JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Key Area Key
• Parameter BOE & LP Audit
• Ensure all store in KSA are covered at least twice for BOE & LP Audits in the year
• To share monthly DASH BOARD with the respective RCBH
• Ensure satisfactory results in the corporate Audits CTV Back end review
• To check the CCTV from the back end and create awareness among the retailers
• Follow up with the store teams and make sure that the highlighted issues are resolved Daily ER Analysis
• Share the exceptional Manager override transactions to the stores.
• Get the feedback from the stores on timely basis
• Update the tracker and share on weekly basis Learning and Development
• Ensure that training programs are conducted based on the requirements for the retailers ii) Training tracker to be updated on timely basis Shrinkage
• Ensure that the overall Shrinkage is below the target
• Ensure that all the LP Controls are in place. Shukran, Fraud & Investigation
• Ensure that all the doubtful Shukran cases are clearing and reverting to the DXB LP
• To investigate the all doubtful cases from time to time arising in the business Stock take activity
• Prepare the Stock take schedule for both the stock take cycles.
• Follow up on Pre- stock take activities as per the time line mentioned in GSOP
• Getting SLAP from all the stores after stock take within the time line mentioned in GSOP Warehouse visits
• To physically verify the pull outs at the warehouse
• To physically verify the monthly damages at the warehouse
• To physically verify the Non trading items based on the requirements
