JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Exciting opportunity as a Retail, F&B and Offices Development Director to join a top-tier real estate developer based in Saudi Arabia.
• As Development Director you will be involved in the full life cycle of the project and some key responsibilities include: Strategic planning and development, execution and project management, tenant acquisition and partnerships, and regulatory compliance and sustainability.
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of 15 years of proven experience
• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Real Estate Development, or a related field
• Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing the development of retail, F&B, and office spaces
• Outstanding communication skills with a proven track record in client-facing roles
• Strong project management skills
