Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced retail professional with a background in makeup to join their team as a Female Retail Store Manager in Riyadh!

Requirements:

- Female Saudi National
- Proven retail management experience in the makeup/beauty industry
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Passion for makeup and exceptional customer service

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years in retail management, with at least 3 years in the beauty industry. A demonstrated success in increasing sales and meeting revenue targets is essential. Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service and managing staff effectively is required. While a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, it is not mandatory.

Key skills include strong leadership and the ability to inspire and motivate a team. A deep understanding of sales principles and strategies to drive revenue growth is crucial. The candidate should excel in managing store operations efficiently and ensuring smooth daily functioning. Analytical thinking and the ability to make informed business decisions based on sales data and market trends are important.

Salary:
SAR 14,000 to 16,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
