Description
We are looking for a Saudi national to work in our retail store in Diriyah. The right person should have knowledge of both Saudi and Arabic culture, and enjoy welcoming and helping customers experience our products and store. The job includes managing the store, assisting customers, and sharing the story of our products and brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for opening and closing the store each day.
- Welcome and assist customers, including locals and tourists.
- Explain the story and concept behind the products and the brand.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and well-presented.
- Ensure products are displayed and restocked properly.
- Handle cash, operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, and prepare daily reports.
- Maintain a proper appearance and wear the official Saudi uniform.
- Report any problems or issues in the store to the manager.
- Work with the team to achieve sales and service goals.
- Represent the brand with respect and professionalism.
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and good in English.
- Friendly, respectful, and customer-focused.
- Able to handle cash and use sales systems.
- Keeps the store clean and well-organized.
- Knowledge of Saudi culture and heritage.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience in museum or cultural retail is a plus.
