Overview

A Retail Technical function is currently being developed within the growing Aramco corporate retail organization, where a great emphasis is given to the deployment of the brand in Kingdom and out of Kingdom both through organic and inorganic growth. The role requires a professional with considerable experience matured within major international oil companies, to bring to the team best-of-class methodologies as well as help shaping the network technical function through the transfer of best practices across markets and affiliates. Within this context the retail technical' s role is to provide support and guidance in all fields of network technical and technological implementation.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee the selection of technological solutions best suited for the support to the Aramco Brand customer journey with specific focus on digital and new customer engagement solutions.
- Support the branding organization in developing new station formats and layouts.
- Lead the digital transformation effort of RS&DD across markets and affiliates.
- Lead the implementation of new fuels and energy conservation solutions on the Aramco retail network.
- Review and approve the technical and technological solutions developing implementation timelines and cost estimates.
- Negotiate frame contracts to harvest economies of scale and ensure their application and performance across markets / affiliates.
- Monitor network development execution timelines and milestones for each project across markets, identify shortcomings and help develop solutions and processes to improve effectiveness. Ensure the application of any guidelines.
- Ensure the transfer of best practices in technical solutions across the markets and affiliates.
- Oversee design, procurement, construction and commissioning for new sites built directly and provide support for the ones built by affiliates.
- Develop maintenance models for directly owned or leased sites and oversee and support affiliates in the development of their maintenance models.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor in Engineering discipline

At least ten years of experience in fuel retail technical roles matured at different organizational levels within major international oil companies. Exposure to corporate level / international oversight roles is essential.
