Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Royal Service and Reservations Agent to join our prestigious team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As the first point of contact for our esteemed guests, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with the utmost professionalism and courtesy

Manage reservations for accommodations, dining, and special events, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

Provide comprehensive information about our facilities, services, and local attractions

Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer personalized recommendations and solutions

Collaborate with various departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve any issues promptly

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property offerings, promotions, and local events

Uphold the highest standards of customer service excellence at all times

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and empathetic demeanor

Proficiency in reservation management systems and general computer skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Demonstrated ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure

Cultural sensitivity and awareness, with a customer-focused mindset

Fluency in English required

In-depth knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and practices

Familiarity with Saudi Arabian culture and customs

Flexibility to work various shifts, as required

Additional information

Prior experience working with Opera or a related system is an asset

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
