Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented fresh graduate with a background in occupational safety and health or safety engineering to join our HSE team. The selected candidate will support the implementation of safety programs, assist in conducting risk assessments, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across the organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures.
- Support safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments at work sites.
- Monitor workplace activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Participate in incident investigations and help prepare reports and recommendations.
- Contribute to safety training and awareness sessions for employees.
- Maintain safety records and documentation.
- Assist in emergency preparedness planning and drills.
- Stay updated on local and international HSE regulations and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in safety engineering or occupational safety and health.
- Years of experience: fresh graduate.
- Basic understanding of HSE regulations and safety practices.
- Strong communication and observational skills.
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
