JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Business Analysis and Operations Support:
- Support the SMB sales team with business data collection, analysis, and reporting. Participate in planning and executing business-related incentives and activities.
- Initiate and gather frontline feedback on competitive BML information, consolidate this information, and provide it to business leaders to aid in strategy development and decision-making.
- Integrate the sales team’s experience and methodologies to assist in designing and creating sales tools, helping the front line achieve results more efficiently.
Team Support:
- Support the development of sales team culture and environment.
- Assist with onboarding and off-boarding processes.
- Manage the application and statistics of sales team resources and materials.
Involved in Meituan’s international expansion project, contributing to the establishment of our global business from 0 to 1. You will assist the business team in serving all merchants and users in Saudi.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in sales business support.- Ability to support long-term international business work.
- Proficient in data processing, graphic tool usage, and image and video design, production, and enhancement.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with proficiency in software.
Prefered qualification:
- Proficiency in Arabic and English;
- Knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
