Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Director with B2C experience to join their team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through the development and execution of innovative sales and marketing strategies. The successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of responsibility, self-motivation, and a passion for building lasting consumer relationships. As a Sales & Marketing Specialist, you will contribute to the company's success by creating impactful campaigns, fostering brand loyalty, and achieving ambitious sales targets.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
* Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to create effective marketing campaigns and product positioning.
* Execute marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and events, to enhance brand visibility and attract target audiences.
* Manage and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market research to continuously optimize strategies and tactics.
* Build and nurture long-term consumer customer relationships to foster brand loyalty and maximize customer retention.
* Utilize creative thinking to develop and adapt marketing materials, content, and promotional activities to engage and captivate customers.
* Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to drive business growth and enhance the customer experience.
* Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to stay up-to-date with the latest developments and incorporate relevant strategies into marketing initiatives.
* Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with the necessary tools, resources, and support to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network, promote products, and gather market intelligence.

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
* Proven track record of successful sales and marketing campaigns in a B2C environment, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
* Strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and industry trends.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages.
* Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, social media channels, and data analytics tools.
* High level of creativity, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
* Self-motivated and driven to achieve ambitious sales and marketing goals.
* Prior experience in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships is a plus.
* Willingness to travel for industry events and networking opportunities, as required.
