Overview of the Role

This role sits within the Power and Industrial Products Sales team. The sales executive will engage with customers daily to promote and deliver comprehensive product solutions. The role involves understanding customer needs, qualifying opportunities, and coordinating with product and regional sales managers to offer tailored product ranges and packages that meet business and customer objectives.

What You Will Do

  • Achieve monthly sales targets for Power and Industrial Products (PP & IP) units.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager and Product Manager to set and monitor monthly and quarterly sales objectives by model.
  • Develop and maintain accurate weekly sales forecasts and gross margin reports for review with the line manager.
  • Track, analyse, and report sales performance, implementing corrective actions where required to ensure achievement of targets.
  • Manage data and reporting through SAP and Excel to ensure accuracy in financial and operational outputs.
  • Maintain a weekly forecast tracker with a month-end variance not exceeding 10%.

  • About the Team

    You will be part of the Power and Industrial Products Sales Team, reporting directly to the Sales Manager. The team fosters a collaborative environment focused on performance excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous growth.

    What Equips You for the Role

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical or Mechatronics preferred) or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Power and Industrial Products sales within the KSA market.
  • Strong project management and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Sound financial awareness and business acumen.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP.
  • Analytical mindset with strong numerical and forecasting skills.
  • Customer-focused, result-oriented, and committed to continuous self-improvement.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
