JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
About the role:
A multi-national energy and automation solutions company is looking for a Sales Director to develop their distribution network in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define sales strategies, customer action plans for the official Distributors.
* Lead the achievement of the Transactional sales Target with official distributors.
* Lead, manage, supervise, develop and motivate the sales team and channel managers.
* Manage with the finance team the financial impacts & dues of assigned customers.
* Contribute in the commercial policy definition for Official distributors.
* Actively participate in marketplace activities and business development efforts.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
* A proven track record of selling automation solutions within the Saudi Arabia region.
* Proven experience in managing a sales/account management team.
* Ability to maintain positive working relationships with a variety of supervisory levels and departments.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
