We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Financial Sales Consultant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of financial products and services to clients, as well as providing expert financial advice and guidance.

Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell a variety of financial products and services to clients, including investment products, insurance, and retirement planning solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
- Provide expert financial advice and guidance to clients based on their individual financial situations and objectives.
- Conduct thorough financial needs assessments to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling financial products and services.
- Stay updated on market trends, investment opportunities, and industry regulations to provide clients with the most relevant and accurate information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns to increase client acquisition and retention.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Prepare and present financial proposals, reports, and presentations to clients in a clear and professional manner.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field. Professional certifications such as CFA or CFP would be an advantage.
- Proven track record of success in sales, particularly in the financial services industry.
- In-depth knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and financial planning principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex financial situations and provide tailored solutions.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and adapt to changes in the market and industry trends.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
