Employment: Full Time

Our client one of the leading consumer goods and electronics company's in the world is looking for a Sales & Consumer Insights Manager.

The Analysis Manager role is responsible for facilitating the growth of key accounts business by assisting product sales teams with insights and gap, which are critical for their business growth. This role will perform analysis of account as well as point of sale data to track store front business efficiencies i.e. sellout trends, return on investment, key performance indicators and generate insights along with proposed action plan to address gaps by account and by store.

Job Description:
- Key account segmentation: To conduct account segmentation based on guideline. Account priorities are based on performance and potential.
- Data management; collect, evaluate account’s, store front data available from different sources i.e. internal systems, merchandising teams, promoters as well as agency reports. Identify data gaps, and build plan to collect them.
- Data analysis: Account and store front data analysis on weekly basis covering the following :
- Account Contract and margin structure. Achievement rate, evaluation and alignment of account target
- Category sell-out analysis: Account and point of sale sell-out trends, Account in-store share analysis, insights on key variations in trends, identify key isssues. SKU basis and flagship model sellout analysis.
- Shelf share analysis: Against competition, tracking trends within the point of sale of the account, flagship SKU share analysis.
- Run rate analysis: To track display efficiency through run rate analysis, plan to optimize displays.
- Promoter analysis: Promoter performance analysis i.e. sales achievement rate, gaps, targets setting analysis, ROI reporting, promoter mapping with competitors.
- Account Sell-out collection rate – status, target and action plan.
- Account ROI analysis: Review total In-store investment (display rentals, fixtures, promotions, promoters) versus sales.
- Competitor’s activities – displays, promotions, new launches.
- Review merchandising activity effectiveness: shelf share, display compliances, trainings delivers, promotions management, data accuracy, out of stock reporting.
- Reporting: To conduct weekly reporting of the analysis to product sales teams as well as local management. To align on action items and ensure tracking of the same.
- Work closely with retail operation manager, field force agency, and system lead, product sales teams.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor/Master degree in marketing with 8-10 years of experience in Consumer Electronics, IT, FMCG business
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and technology.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate marketing initiatives
- Must be system oriented as well as computer literate and Advanced user of MS-Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Bilingual (Arabic & English).
- At least 8-10 years of relevant work experience with in planning and analytical experience in retail.
- Proven, strong retail math understanding and ability, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple demands efficiently, while being extremely organized and maintaining high attention to detail
- Able to demonstrate expertise in translating data and analysis into actionable solutions.
- Can demonstrate planning, leadership, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- A self-starter and eager learner who enjoys working both in groups and independently
- Ability to manage multiple facets of a project simultaneously
