Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and qualified Sales Manager who is responsibilities include managing a high-performing sales team, lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals.

Responsibilities:
• Achieve growth and sales targets by managing and training the sales team.
• Track and meet sales goals and quotas.
• Implement strategic business plans to grow the client base.
• Oversee and monitor sales team performance.
• Present sales, revenue, and forecasts to management.
• Coordinate with marketing on lead generation campaigns.
• Motivate, counsel, and mentor the sales team.
• Identify emerging markets and stay updated with sales trends.

Requirements:

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Specialist.
• Ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing.
• Proven track record of closing deals.
• Strong business acumen and industry expertise.
• Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
