JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Managing, organizing, directing and monitoring sales staff to accomplish objectives.
- Planning, developing and implementing strategic sales plans.
- Training and assisting sales team to improve their sales skills and production knowledge.
- Assuming responsibility and accountability of finalizing profitable projects.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering or related filed.
Holding MBA degree is desirable.
Experience:
- At least 6 years of experience in sales management.
- Strong leadership qualities with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Excellent computer skills and proficient in Office package (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language.
