JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Sales Manager for Global Leader in Telco Industry in KSA
• Management of complete sales cycle execution for Service Provider Division
• Revenue and demand forecasting, account planning, project planning and other administrative tasks to grow financial objectives
• Expense management for assigned region
• Coordination with sales contributors to assesses market opportunities
• Development of business plans to meet revenue objectives
• Supervision of territory analysis and planning to enable appropriate allocation of time to accounts and customers
• Development of recommendations on growth, opportunities for growth and key target accounts
• Management and training of salespeople to support strategic sales objectives
• Recruitment and career development of competent sales personnel in line with company policies
MONTHLY SALARY up to 40K AED depending on experience and qualifications PLUS SCHOOLING BENEFITS AND COMMISSION
REQUIREMENTS
• 12+ years of relevant experience
• Open to Arabic Candidates Only
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field of study
• Customer/ Account/Market/Industry Knowledge in GCC and MENA
• Previous experience in wireless and DXC solutions highly preferred
• Proven sales track record
• Account Planning/Forecasting Skills
