JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- Overall responsible for review of proposal before submission to client
- Overall responsible for review of contracts received to check whether the requirements have been clearly and adequately defined and to ensure that requirements for an order received by verbal means are agreed before acceptance.
- Overall responsible for assessing the capability to meet sub contract requirements and resolving discrepancies (if any) in the contract and maintaining records for the same.
- Overall responsible for finalizing changes in the contract if required, communicating the contract details as well as amendments (if any) to the relevant persons and maintenance of contract review records and list of approved dealers/contractors.
- Overall responsible for issue of purchase orders on approved sources/subcontractors in liaison with Purchase personnel.
- Overall responsible for issue and control of relevant technical and commercial information provided in the purchase orders , organizing verification of purchased product at the vendor’s premises if applicable and maintenance of purchase related records in liaison with Purchase/ Logistics personnel.
- Overall responsible for providing product identification and ensuring tractability to the extent required in liaison with Logistics/Stores personnel.
- Responsible for planning and approval of products / processes.
- Overall responsible for providing inspection status of the products as appropriate in liaison with Logistics/Stores personnel.
- Overall responsible for indexing, filing, storage and retention of all quality records under the scope of this documented quality system to demonstrate conformance to specified requirements and the effective operation of the quality system related to pertinent area of operation.
- Authorized for releasing incoming items before inspection.

REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE:
- 8-10 years of experience in HVAC commercial and technical field

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering
- Good knowledge in sales techniques, planning knowledge of products
- To be efficient in terms of policies and procedures knowledge and implementation.
- Should be having good manager capabilities to run a branch with its activities.
