JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
The Facilities Management Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones for facilities management services.
The role requires a proactive, client-focused professional who can identify opportunities, create tailored solutions, and establish long-term relationships with clients.
- Identify and target potential clients in need of facilities management services.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and problem resolution.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Conduct site visits to assess client requirements and prepare customized solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.- Proven experience in sales in facilities management or a related industry.
- Experience in selling integrated facilities management solutions, including hard and soft services.
- Knowledge of local market dynamics and key stakeholders in the facilities management industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical service offerings to clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
