Sales Specialist

Job Description

Kinetic has partnered with a leading medical device company who are hiring a sales specialist to be based in Riyadh.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales and after-sales support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent customer service.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and sell the portfolio to potential customers.
• Establish a network of clients to service the requirements of a particular target market as assigned.
• Maintain customer rapport and build relations with customers.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed assigned targets.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or Pharmacy.
• Minimum 1-2 years of sales and marketing experience in a clinical laboratory, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or food lab in KSA.
• Must possess a valid KSA driver's license.
• Proficiency in sales software, CRM systems, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
