JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Charterhouse is working with a reputable European Luxury Beauty and Fragrance Brand, who is looking to hire a Sales Supervisor, responsible for the management of Beauty Consultants across approximately 15 points of sales, within UAE.
The purpose of this role is to oversee a number of Points of Sales within the designated area and drive the business. The Sales Supervisor will report directly to the Retail Manager but will work with a high level of autonomy.
The role will be responsible for the performance of the designated Points of Sales, sales development, including setting up and monitoring the targets and ensuring the maximization of objectives. In addition, the successful Sales Supervisor will recruit, train, motivate and manage Beauty Consultants across different POS.
This role will work very closely with the stakeholders and will be required to maintain strong relationships through active communication. Due to the nature of the role, our client is seeking a versatile and flexible individual to conduct frequent travel and counter visits, with approximately 80% of the time spent in the field and the remaining time in head office.
REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this, role you must have experience working in a similar position in the luxury beauty and fragrances sector, preferably within distribution. You should be very passionate and knowledgeable about the beauty industry and be up-to-date with the latest trends and market.
Having a team spirit and excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills are crucial for this role. A professional level of English language will be required and Arabic is essential.
