Sales Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

A reputable and well-established Pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting a Sales Supervisor for their team in Riyadh.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Ensuring that the team meets the sales target assigned to them.
- Delegating short-term targets for the team members.
- Collecting weekly reports from the team about their target, market research, and new products in the market.
- Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Conducting market research to identify new potential customers.

Requirements:

To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a Pharmaceutical/ Medical field.
- Minimum 5+ years of sales experience within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Has team management experience.
- Deep understanding of the Saudi market, dynamics, and trends.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
