JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Responsibilities
• Responsible for the daily support for incoming leads for specific products of D&B and relating to the assigned account manager.
• Keeping a record with details of inquiries, requests, and following up with the people concerned to ensure that necessary action is taken.
• Referring requests to the concerned people/teams.
• Building professional relationships with the team internally.
• Support the sales team with contract drafting and document preparation.
• Providing accurate and complete information as and when required.
• Supporting with maintaining and updating the database.
• Helping with research and generating sales leads.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate
- Work Experience: 1-3 years of similar experience
