Compensation:
$20 - $25 hourly

Responsibilities

What youu2019ll be doing (your mission)

• Be the expert at disassembling and reassembling specialized equipment so our team can clean it safely and thoroughly.
• Handle daily, weekly, monthly, and annual deep cleans on equipment that keeps our plant at its best.
• Repair and maintain key sanitation tools (hoses, foggers, foamers, pressure washers, drain screensu2014you name it!).
• Step in as a trainer and mentor, showing sanitors the right way to care for less specialized equipment.
• Keep inventory of all sanitation gear and toolsu2014because you know what we need before we need it.
• Take on special projects that require fabricating, assembling, or creative problem-solving.
• Champion safety every step of the way: PPE, lockout/tagout, and safe work practices are second nature to you.

Qualifications

What you bring to the table

• A knack for hands-on problem solvingu2014you know your way around bearings, sprockets, chains, motors, gear boxes, O-rings, and more.
• Comfort using hand and shop tools safely.
• Solid mechanical and troubleshooting skills (bonus points if you understand hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, and electrical systems up to 480 volts).
• The ability to work with heights (lifts, ladders, and overhead equipment donu2019t scare you).
• Strong communication skillsu2014you can work with production and support teams to get the job done.
• A detail-oriented mindsetu2014you like things done right the first time.
