As the Head of Legal, you will play a crucial role as the primary point of contact for all internal and external financial and investment legal matters.

Compliance is key in the finance and investment industry, and you will be responsible for ensuring that all operations align with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Your strong background in capital markets and private equity will be vital as you handle leasing and lending transactions with the finance department.

REQUIREMENTS

Role Requirements:

- Hold a law degree from a reputable institution
- Have exceptional fluency in both English and Arabic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in regulatory affairs and law, particularly within the banking and financial transactions field, will be highly valued
- Minimum 10 years' experience in a legal role within the finance or investment industry.

Please note that for this position, candidates must either be Saudi National or Arabic Speaking.
