Employment: Full Time

Role: Scrum Master B

Contract Duration: 12 Months & Extension

Work Location : Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Start Date: Less than 30 Days.

Requirements:

Technologies and Skills Required:

- Facilitate and lead Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective).
- Coach the development team on Agile principles, values, and practices.
- Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the team's progress.
- Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment.
- Protect the team from external interruptions and distractions.
- Ensure the Scrum team adheres to Scrum theory, practices, and values.
- Build and maintain a productive partnership with the Product Owner.
- Identify and manage risks, escalating issues as needed.
- Improve the team's productivity and effectiveness
