• Manage daily administrative and clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute them to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation (physical and digital).
• Draft, edit, and format official letters, memos, and reports.
• Support senior management with administrative and coordination tasks.
• Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
• Maintain calendars and ensure timely reminders for appointments and deadlines.
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate communication and task completion.
• Manage inventory of office supplies and coordinate procurement when needed.
• Greet and assist visitors and manage front-desk activities when required.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other business documents.
• Ensure all administrative processes are compliant with company policies.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Secretary, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
• Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail.
