About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Manager to join our dynamic team in NEOM, a visionary project reshaping the future of urban living. As a Security Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and security of our operations within the construction industry. You will work closely with government organizations, international communities, and our internal teams to maintain the highest standards of security.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies to protect personnel, assets, and operations.
• Lead and manage the security team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.
• Liaise with government organizations and international communities to ensure compliance with local regulations and global security standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and security audits, identifying potential threats and developing mitigation plans.
• Oversee security operations, including incident management, emergency response, and crisis management.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Prepare and present security reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 10 years of service in the police, security or military sectors, unless otherwise authorized and accepted by NEOM Security/Public Safety.
• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a client-facing position.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting or liaising with government organizations and international communities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in word processing, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Preferred certification in an internationally recognized security qualification or accreditation, such as ASIS, CPP.
• Saudi Nationality preferred; expatriates with valid residency will be considered.

SAR 18,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
