Basic Function:
Supervises staff Accountants in execution of accounting functions. Under the directions of Accounting Manager, participates in preparation of annual budget, monthly consolidated financial statements. Develops control procedures on Sales accounts and exercises audit functions. Develop control system for Saudi Tax laws, corporate laws and VAT.

Duties And Responsibilities:
• Supervises Head Office accounting functions, including costing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, bank reconciliation, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, and income tax and zakat payments.
• Develops, maintain and analyses budgets and prepares periodic reports comparing budgeted costs to actual costs.
• Participates in preparing monthly and other periodic financial statements.
• Prepares balance sheet, profit and loss statement, amortization and depreciation schedules and other financial reports.
• Supervise monthly general ledger closing, review of monthly trial balance and all supporting subsidiary ledgers.
• Supervise petty cash transactions.
• Maintains working relationships with other departments in the Organization. Exchange reports and information with them. Clarifies company financial policies, resolves technical problems. Performs audit functions over other departments, identifies irregularities and corrects.
• Makes special analyses of costs and other financial matters as directed.
• Prepare financial projections of short, medium and long term nature.
• Controls effectively all aspects of the monthly payroll and employee related benefits.
• Audits contracts and prepares reports to substantiate transactions prior to settlement.
• Prepares forms and procedures for associates performing accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
