Job Purpose

Responsible for audits in multiple organizations and business lines to improve the effectiveness of risk
management, control and governance processes. Provides independent and objective assessment of the
organization's operations and may be assigned to represent Internal Auditing on special assignments, including
Chief Auditor positions in less complex audit functions of joint ventures/subsidiaries.

Responsibilities

DUTY1 / effort % (010)
Advises in-charge auditors that are assigned to audit organizations or functions that are within area of responsibility or area of expertise.

DUTY2 / effort % (015)
Develops a close working relationship with Department Managers and Division Heads of assigned organizations to ensure continuing cooperation to complete audit objectives.

DUTY3 / effort % (015)
Develops a comprehensive program of audit coverage for assigned unit.

DUTY4 / effort % (020)
Schedules audits and staff assignments to accomplish the program of audits in accordance with acceptable audit standards and within the approved schedules.

DUTY5 / effort % (020)
Establishes the purpose, scope and audit approach of each project or audit assigned to unit.

DUTY6 / effort % (010)
Advises other members of Internal Auditing on Company policy and procedures relating to the respective specialty of activities which includes information technology and coordinating interface between information systems specialties and the audit staff to promote and implement the use of audit software tools.

DUTY7 / effort % (010)
Performs special assignments such as relief of Audit Manager and assistance to the Company's independent auditors.
